All clothing items are made to order unless it specifies that it is in stock. Turn around time for items to be made is approximately 4 weeks (not including postage times).
Mini releases will occur throughout the year, be sure to stay up to date via FB or IG for our next release.
Custom spots for custom orders will be offered from time to time in our VIP FB Group so be sure to join if you are looking to secure a spot. The full range of items available for custom order can also be found in our group.
All dribble bibs are pre-made and in stock and available for immediate shipment.
You can log into your account at anytime to see the status of your order or to check your tracking number once your order is posted.
We ship Australian wide for the flat rate of $9.95. No international postage is offered at this stage.
We take no responsibility for items lost in the mail as all items are sent with tracking number.
Parcels are sent to the address given to us at the time of checkout, please check that you have provided us with the correct address and if using paypal that your address is up to date.
Please wash your items in cold water with a gentle machine wash cycle. We do not recommend tumble drying your items but rather line dry in the shade.
Please choose carefully with clothing sizing as we do not offer exchange or refund due to purchasing an incorrect size. If you have any queries regarding sizing please contact us before placing your order.
Whilst all care is taken when making your items if you receive a faulty item we do offer a refund if your item is in original unwashed and unworn condition with tags still attached. You must contact us via email before returning your item and it must be posted back via tracked post at your expense within 7 days of receiving your item. Is it within MBL Designs discretion to deem a product as faulty or not. We recommend all customers inspect their products upon receiving them. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn or after 7 days of receiving the item.
No refunds will be given if you have provided us with the wrong address at checkout.
Discount codes must be placed in the discount box at checkout. Only one discount code can be used per transaction. If you forget to enter your discount code then unfortunately we can not apply this after you have completed checkout.
